Supporting your new business processes
Your colleagues will be able to access the submitted applications area of your adviser dashboard. They’ll be able to:
- view any application submitted by any adviser in the business(es) they’re associated with
- see outstanding underwriting evidence to get progress updates
- download important documents such as policy schedules, client reviews, and acceptance terms
- provide a start date for any plan when a decision has been made
- provide a new address for a client before the plan starts
How to register
We’ve created a simple, three step process your colleagues can use to get their access set up.
- Complete an online registration providing their details and details of your business, on our login page using the administrator option.
- Download our key contact authorisation form - this will be available to download in the final step of their online registration journey and must be completed by an authorised person in your business to confirm their access.
- Return the form to onlineservice@royallondon.com. We'll finalise their access and let them know when they can login.
Frequently asked questions
Who can register for access?
Any colleague who supports your new business processes can register for access. It’s important to note that if they have an existing adviser login, we’ll need to change this to administrator only. If that’s the case, get in touch with your usual Royal London contact who can help you decide what the right access is for them.
Can colleagues view more than one adviser’s applications?
Yes – they can enter up to 10 agency IDs when they submit their registration request. They’ll then be able to view and manage applications from each of these.
Can colleagues with administrator access use quote and apply?
Currently those with administrator access to the adviser dashboard will only be able to access your submitted applications tab. We’re working on introducing access to quote and apply, and will let you know when this is available.
What happens if a colleague registered for administrator access leaves the business?
If, at any point, your colleague no longer needs administrator access, they should contact us so we can remove it. You or any other authorised person within your business can also let us know.
