Full fund range

Alternatively, you and your clients can choose from our full fund range, which covers different asset classes, regions, and investment styles. This includes funds managed by Royal London Asset Management and leading external fund managers. For clients who want to align their investments with their values, we also offer a number of sustainable options.

Annual management charge

We offer transparent annual management charges. Clients will benefit from one, clear competitive charge when they choose to invest in Royal London options, including our flagship Governed Range. If clients choose investments from external fund managers, these funds will have their own fund management charges. We’ll tell you about any external charges and include them in the total AMC, so you always know exactly what your clients are paying.

Tiered charging

For individual clients our management charges are tiered, so the overall charge reduces as the value of investments in all associated products grows. This is applied through a management charge discount, which will change as the value of the pension and investments increases or decreases.

If your client has a Pension Portfolio plan that started on or after 2 December 2024 the AMC will be based on the total combined value of your client's Pension Portfolio plan and Stocks and Shares ISA.

If your client has a Pension Portfolio plan that started between 6 April 2009 and 1 December 2024 the total combined value of their Pension Portfolio plan and Stocks and Shares ISA will be used to apply a higher management charge discount to their ISA. The AMC for their Pension Portfolio plan will be unchanged.

Workplace scheme members

Workplace scheme members will benefit from the same competitive AMC as their workplace pension when they choose to invest in Royal London options, including our Governed Range.

Remuneration charges

We offer a range of flexible adviser charging options to match the services you provide. You'll agree these with your client, and they must be clearly stated in your client agreements. See our full list of charges and guidance on our adviser charges page.

The ProfitShare amounts shown include awards made to With Profits customers. Remember that ProfitShare isn't guaranteed. Your clients could get more or less than this.

We're pleased to confirm that our Stocks and Shares ISA is also eligible for any potential ProfitShare award in April 2026. To qualify for any award in April 2026, the ISA must be in force by 31 December 2025 and on the date the award is given.
