Submitting applications online

We want to make it as easy as possible for you to do business with us at this difficult time. So we've introduced some temporary measures to allow you to submit application forms online.

Upload applications without a signature

You can use our online form to upload and securely submit application forms for new and existing Pension Portfolio and Pension Portfolio (with Income Release) plans, and any supporting documents, when it's not been possible to get a handwritten signature from your client.

The application form doesn't need to be signed by your client. Instead, we'll accept an email from your client as an electronic signature.

Your client should confirm in the email that they agree with the relevant declarations and they want to submit the application. The client email should also include the completed, unsigned application form as an attachment.

We’ve created some standard wording for the client to use. You should then upload the client email as a supporting document on the online form.

Other ways we can help you

We can also accept copies of scanned application forms that have been signed by the client and forms that have been submitted with an electronic signature. 

In the exceptional circumstance where you're submitting an application for a new or existing Pension Portfolio or Pension Portfolio (with Income Release) plan and the client doesn't have access to email or the internet, we can accept a verbal agreement from them over the phone. Just let us know in the comments section of our online form.  

Most of our application forms are also available as editable PDFs.
