What you can apply for
- A new Personal Pension Plan
- A new Personal Pension Plan with Income Release
- A Beneficiary Income Release Plan
- A single or additional contribution to an existing Pension Portfolio Plan1
- An additional contribution, and to release tax-free cash, from your existing Pension Portfolio Plan with Income Release1.

Securely upload forms via our submission portal
Upload and securely submit an application or instruction form for a personal pension or an income drawdown plan to our servicing team.
What you can upload
Our application form submission options show you which forms can be uploaded or submitted online, and the format you can send it to us.
Some of our pension application forms are available as editable PDFs which can be easily uploaded. We can also accept:
- Scanned copies of signed application forms
- Applications that have been signed by the customer using an electronic signature (e.g. DocuSign).
Unsigned applications
You can upload unsigned copies of an application form where it hasn't been possible to get a wet signature from the customer.
This must be submitted along with an email from the customer confirming they're happy to go ahead with the application.
Our application form submission options show you which unsigned forms can be uploaded via the personal pension applications submission portal.
The confirmation email from your client should include:
- Some standard wording (.doc) like this
- The completed application form as an attachment.
