Our dashboard improvements are now live for administrators
In September, we introduced a new 'plans' tab within the protection dashboard. Originally only available to financial advisers, we've now rolled this out to administrators too.
What is the new ‘Plans’ tab for?
Here, you’ll find all your previously started or cancelled plans. We’ve automatically moved all your relevant plans into this tab from your ‘Submitted applications’ tab.
You can now also get real-time updates on Sum Assured, Term, and Premium information, letting you see the impact of any changes that have been made. Plus, we’ve improved the accuracy of the status information provided for cancelled or lapsed plans.
Additionally, we’ve added plans that were previously unavailable online, including those submitted via paper applications, so you can view even more of your previously started plans online.
What else have we improved?
You’ll also notice that we’ve introduced a clean new look for our ‘Plan details’ screen within the 'Plans' tab, which breaks down policy information, evidence and documents available to download.

As part of our continuous improvements to our adviser dashboard, we're pleased to introduce the new Plans tab.
This tab lets you access information on policies that have already started.
Here, you can find details of all your clients’ plans that are on risk and covered.
As a result, all of the plans in your submitted applications tab will now represent the in-progress applications you have with us.
On the new Plans tab, you'll see the status of each plan, showing whether they’re on-risk, have lapsed, been cancelled, or had a claim made on them.
You'll be able to view all the plan details as you do now, including any additional parts of the application that have been split, to view outstanding evidence, if there is any, and any relevant documents.
We've also improved the display of cover amounts for in-force, increasing, and decreasing plans, showing this information in real time.
Similarly, the term will accurately reflect the remaining duration of the plan, and any changes to premiums will also be updated in real time, so you will always have the most up-to-date information.
Additionally, you'll now be able to view even more of your plans in the dashboard, including those that weren't submitted online and were previously unavailable.
