New My Royal London adviser toolkit
We know the importance of fast, digital access. That’s why our online service, My Royal London, lets your clients manage their protection plan online.
Customers with a Personal Menu Plan, Business Protection, Whole of Life, Relevant Life or Diabetes Life Cover, can access information about their products, update their address, download plan documents and access support through our Helping Hand service. All at the touch of a button, whenever it suits them.
To support your client conversations, we’ve created an adviser toolkit to help you bring the benefits of My Royal London to life. These can be used as part of your recommendation, and to engage clients who have an existing Royal London plan but aren’t signed up yet.
Please note, the email address and mobile number used to register must be unique to the customer and not used by any other Royal London customer.
