You can now use ORIGO’s Unipass Letter of Authority service to submit requests digitally. Read on to learn more.

Advisers with a Unipass login can now submit Letter of Authority (LoA) requests through a single digital portal, removing the need for paper forms, wet signatures, and unsecure email exchanges. Requests go directly to the right department, helping to improve turnaround times.

Since adopting the Unipass service, we’ve also seen fewer rejections due to missing information, helping to streamline the process further, resulting in less back and forth for you.

Why have we adopted the Unipass Letter of Authority service?

The traditional LoA process has long been a pain point for advisers. By adopting the Unipass LoA service, we’re helping to tackle these challenges head-on, offering you a secure digital solution that simplifies this journey - so you can say goodbye to delays and inconsistent responses from providers.

Our commitment to industry-wide digital solutions is about more than just technology - it helps us strengthen adviser relationships and support better client outcomes. So, this development aligns well with Consumer Duty principles, helping you deliver timely, accurate, and secure services to your clients.

Since adopting the Unipass LoA service at the beginning of May, we’ve successfully received over 2,000 LoAs through the service.
