The table below sets out the different submission options when you want to make a single contribution, increase regular contributions, or make a transfer payment on behalf of an individual pensions client.

If you're making a bank transfer into a plan that started after 2 December 2024 with a plan number made up of ten digits and a letter, please use the following bank details:

Taxable income payment on a new Pension Portfolio with Income Release plan:

If your client's taking out a new Pension Portfolio with Income Release plan and they'd like to take a taxable income payment straight away, please send the completed application form and supporting documents to:

We must receive the transfer payment(s) from the ceding scheme(s) by 6pm on Monday 23rd April 2026.

Please note that if we receive the transfer payment(s) after this date, the income payment may not be paid in the 2025/26 tax year.

Taxable income payment after switching on the Income Release facility:

I've confirmed that I've provided financial advice to my client.

To guarantee your client will receive regular income from their pension before the end of the tax year, it is important that the request is made at least 8 working days before they wish to be paid. For example: For clients who desire to receive their pension income by the 4th of each month, the request must be received by us by 6pm on the 25th of the preceding month. For instance, if a client wishes to receive income by the 4th of April, the request must be submitted by 6pm on the 25th of March. These timelines apply both at the end of the tax year and at all other times to ensure consistent and timely payment of pension income.

If your client's switching on the Income Release facility and they'd like to take a taxable income payment straight away, please send the completed application form and supporting documents to:
