Application form and supporting documents:

I’ve completed the application form fully and enclosed any supporting documents

To save time, you can use our personal pension submission portal to upload and securely submit the application form and any supporting documents. 

Alternatively, you can send the completed application form and supporting documents to:

We must receive this by 6pm on Friday 5 April 2024. Please be aware of postal timescales and bank holidays when sending documents in.

Bank transfers:

I've quoted my client's plan number and surname

We recommend your client makes the single contribution by bank transfer, using the following bank details:

Account number 63580586

This must be cleared in our account by 6pm on Friday 5 April 2024.  

Cheques:

I've written my client's name, date of birth and plan number on the back of the cheque

Our online form is for clients who have taken a one-off taxable income payment before, and their bank details remain the same.

To guarantee payment in the 2023/24 tax year, we must receive your request by 6pm on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

Please note that any requests received after this date may not be paid in the current tax year.

Taxable income payment on a new Pension Portfolio with Income Release plan

I've confirmed that I've provided financial advice to my client 

If your client's taking out a new Pension Portfolio with Income Release plan and they'd like to take a taxable income payment straight away, please send the completed application form and supporting documents to:

We must receive the transfer payment(s) from the ceding scheme(s) by 6pm on Tuesday 26 March 2024.

Please note that if we receive the transfer payment(s) after this date, the income payment may not be paid in the 2023/24 tax year.

Taxable income payment after switching on the Income Release facility

I've confirmed that I've provided financial advice to my client

If your client's switching on the Income Release facility and they'd like to take a taxable income payment straight away, please send the completed application form and supporting documents to:
