Income Release withdrawals: received by 6pm on Monday 23 March 2026.
Pensions and ISA applications: received by 6pm on Thursday 2 April 2026.

Income Release
How to request an income payment on behalf of an Income Release client.
Income payments from an existing plan
To guarantee payment in the 2025/2026 tax year, we must receive your request by 6pm on Monday 23 March 2026.
How to request an income payment:

For clients who have previously taken an income payment, you can request one-off taxable payments or make changes to existing Income Release plans using our online forms. - Upload documents

Income payments on a new plan
If your client wants to take a taxable income payment immediately after setting up a new Pension Portfolio with Income Release plan, or if your client's switching on the Income Release facility, we must receive your request by 6pm on Monday 23 March 2026. If we receive the payment(s) after this date, the income payment may not be paid in the 2025/2026 tax year.
To guarantee regular income before tax year end, please submit the request at least 8 working days before the first payment date.
