A dedicated case manager will own each case from start to finish and you can contact them at any point. For cases that are referred to our underwriters, the case manager will work closely with them to make sure they’re processed quickly and smoothly. They’ll place your application with the underwriter who has the most experience with applications like yours.
For more complicated cases – for example, if you have a client with a history of raised blood pressure or depression - you can speak to our underwriters directly if you want to discuss things in more detail.
