A Helping Hand for business
Losing a key member of staff can have practical and emotional consequences. So our Helping Hand service supports your client's business too.
As well as access to a range of online wellbeing services, clients who choose a Business Menu Plan can also get support for their business if the worst happens.
Your clients can get independent support from a recruitment helpline which can help with sourcing temporary cover for a key member of staff. And a legal helpline can help answer questions around employment law.
What's more, the plan owner and their partner and children, have access to a dedicated nurse who can provide tailored and personal support to help them through a difficult time, such as a bereavement.
Helping Hand is there for clients, whichever stage in life they're at, and as a plan owner it doesn't cost them anything extra to use.
