Tools that you need, when you need them
We’re committed to making it easier to do business with us. So we’re always looking for ways to make our award-winning service even more straightforward for you and your clients. Part of that is making sure you have the tools that you need, when you need them.
That’s why we’ve recently introduced a number of new features to our online service:
- You can now add and amend a client’s future address at any point before a plan starts or make an immediate address change. We’ll send your client an email notifying them of the update.
- Our risk summary report – one of the most popular tools on our marketing studio – is now also available in the quote journey. By entering just one piece of additional information about your client, you can produce a report that shows the biggest risks they face. A PDF of the report will be available at the quote summary screen and you have the option of sending this as a link to yourself and your client. This means you can add powerful weight to your protection recommendation at a critical time in your client conversations.
- And finally, when you log in to either our pre-sale tool or online service, you can move between the two without the need to enter your login details a second time. This means you can move from an indicative decision straight through to a quote.
