Good service to me means earning the trust of customers first and foremost so that they know that they have a safe pair of hands. It's being professional at all times, but equally it's showing the customer that you actually care about them as a person

You're not just picking up a wage. And I really think that that drives good customer service. Our customer can see that and feel and get that from us as a staff that we are there for them. And we're trying to support them that to me really, really shines through in good customer service above anything else.
