We started sending company pension plan trustees their members’ new annual statements from 12 August. The design is simple, easy to follow and packed with clear, colourful visuals that pull out key things our customers tell us are important to them.
We’ve created a new trustee summary document that the scheme trustees will be sent, along with the new member statements, when the scheme renewal completes. We’ll write to trustees to let them know more about this.
This will be supported by new online screens that give the trustees detailed scheme information to help them with their ongoing responsibilities.
If you have any schemes due for renewal, we’ll write to you the month before with more information. This means you can proactively contact your clients before their review.
You’ll also be able to download a copy of the annual statements through our award-winning online service. Simply log in and select your client’s plan number - you’ll find the statement under the 'plan documents' menu.
We’re always looking to improve our communications and respond to customer feedback - so we’re also enhancing annual statements for Retirement Solutions Group Personal Pension and Retirement Solutions Group Stakeholder Pension Plan customers. This includes adjusting the flow of the information and adding instructions on how to download our mobile app - to help employees engage with their plan throughout the year.
