During this demo, I’ll show you how our client review service can save you time and help you see more clients by delivering a cost-effective online review service for your clients.
It’s easy to get started. The first time you use the service, you’ll have the option to upload your company logo and contact details. These will be included automatically within the reports you create for your clients.
Once you’ve done this, simply select the client you want to review from the list of your Royal London clients and the type of review you’d like to carry out.
With just a few clicks, you can create a standard review which delves further into the year on year performance of your client’s plan – and how the future might look for them.
Alternatively, you can choose a custom review which allows you to choose the information you’d like to include, and add your own comments, giving your client a truly personalised review experience.
Regardless of which option you select, the service will produce both a detailed report and a summary report. It’s up to you to decide which reports you want to download for your client.
The client summary report includes the key points you might want to discuss with your client during your meeting. For your workplace clients, you can create up to 20 client summary reports at once – saving you even more time. The full client report includes all the content you’ve selected, which you can use as a leave-behind for your client.
You’ll also get a detailed adviser report, for your own records.
So in just a few clicks, you can create visually engaging, branded reports, you can charge for.
