Adviser dashboard updates

We improved our protection adviser dashboard enabling administrators to access applications submitted by any adviser in the business(es) you’re associated with - this gives you more time to deliver value elsewhere.

 

‘Large Case’ team

Because high net worth clients present opportunities and challenges, we set up a dedicated team for handling cases with complex financial underwriting requirements. 

 

Improved underwriting journeys

We made significant improvements to our underwriting experience, including the addition of a Total Permanent Disability (TPD) option for dentists, simplifying our philosophy for asthma and making updates to our underwriting of cancer, ADHD, and autism.

 

Strong claims experience 

Our claims track record remains consistently strong. In 2023, we continued to deliver on our promise to provide financial support and peace of mind when it matters. Watch out for our new 2024 claims statistics which will be released soon!

 

CPD content and our reports 

We host monthly CPD webinars tailored specifically for pensions and protection advisers, addressing crucial topics such as critical illness cover and trusts. In 2024, these sessions consistently attracted an average audience of over 1,000 advisers, like you. Our technical team also conduct ‘in person’ seminars for smaller adviser firms, as well as delivering a series of regional seminars across the country. Additionally, we produce our 'Meaning of Value' report, equipping you with essential insights to showcase the value they offer and providing guidance on supporting vulnerable clients.
