After listening to feedback, we’ve changed our process so we’ll no longer send you copies of the annual statements or our scheme summary schedules. If you require access to any specific employee or scheme information, it’s available on our award winning online service.
Instead, we’ll now write to you on the first of the month if you have any schemes that will be going through their annual review the following month. So for example, we’ll write to you in August to remind you about your September scheme reviews. This will give you time to plan for annual review meetings, and is our commitment to you to help support your client conversations.
Our new workplace annual statement is the next instalment to our communications improvements that we made back in February. All of which underpin our belief that our customers should always seek professional financial advice when making decisions about their retirement savings.
