Last year we carried out adviser research and overlaid this with our customer research. We call this our Adviser Lens and we use it to better understand how we best support you, your business and the customers you advise.

We are keen to track our progress annually to ensure we keep focused on the right things for you and your clients. Here is what we have planned for the rest of the year:
In September we are launching an annual adviser survey with the purpose of gaining a deeper understanding of how the adviser experience and how we are performing against the things you told us in important to you.
The survey feedback will be analysed to understand how we can provide even better experiences for you and your clients.
The survey feedback will be used to inform our 2018 projects and developments and help shape our longer term plans.
We will make sure we share our learnings with you and let you know what action we’ve taken on the back of your collective feedback.
Our research partner ORC International will send you an email in early September which links to the online survey. We are sending the survey to all of our advisers and want as many responses as possible. To encourage your participation we’ll also enter you into a prize draw.
