Improving call handling

We're improving our telephone system to allow us to handle customer calls more effectively.

To help us improve the quality of our service, we’re also extending call recording to all of our Customer Service teams.

If you use a team phone number, beginning 0345, to contact our Customer Service teams, there’ll be no change to the number you use.

If you use a direct dial number, beginning 0131 or 01625, we’ll give you a new number to use.

We plan to implement these changes throughout November and December. Our Customer Service Consultants will let you know if the changes affect you.
