If you use a team phone number, beginning 0345, to contact our Customer Service teams, there’ll be no change to the number you use.
If you use a direct dial number, beginning 0131 or 01625, we’ll give you a new number to use.
We plan to implement these changes throughout November and December. Our Customer Service Consultants will let you know if the changes affect you.
