Identify which Royal London application form your client will need to complete depending on their type of plan and what they want to do.

Some of our forms include a declaration for you to sign to confirm that you’ve provided regulated advice. If we receive a completed form without this being signed, we’ll need to get in touch with your client to take them through the relevant risk warnings.

If they’re using a Pension Portfolio Plan to:

Make additional regular and/or single contributions and/or transfer payments
Pension Portfolio Additional contribution application form (65A6)
Make an initial regular and/or single contribution and/or transfer payments
Pension Portfolio application form (65A49)
Make a single contribution and their investment choice isn’t changing
Single contribution application form (65A59)
Take tax-free cash and/or receive regular income payments via income drawdown (Income Release)
Pension Portfolio Income Release switch on application form (65A53)
Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan via small pots
Small pots application form (2TA1586). This form is also available within the Benefit options pack
Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan (UFPLS)
Cash lump sum application form (2TA1405)

If they’re using an Income Release Plan to:

Set up a new plan and receive regular income via income drawdown.
Make additional contributions and/or transfer payments and/or transfer an existing capped or flexi-access drawdown (TID)

Pension Portfolio Income Release application form (65A50)
Take additional tax-free cash, start and/or change the amount of income being taken from capped or
flexi-access drawdown or take a full withdrawal

Pension Portfolio Income Release Additional tax-free cash, start/change income and full withdrawal application form (65A41)
Make additional contributions and/or take tax-free cash or income payments from an existing capped or flexi-access drawdown
Pension Portfolio Income Release Additional contribution with tax-free cash and start/change income application form (65A39)

If they’re using a Self Investment Plan to:

Make an initial regular and/or single contribution and/or transfer payments
Pension Portfolio with Self Investment (SIPP) application form (65A51)
Make additional regular and/or single contributions and/or transfer payments
Pension Portfolio & SIPP Additional contribution application form (65A15)

Take tax-free cash and/or receive regular income payments via income drawdown (Income Release)

Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan via small pots
Small pots application form (2TA1586). This form is also available within the Retirement options pack.
Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan (UFPLS)
Cash lump sum application form (2TA1405)

If they’re using a Retirement Solutions Plan (GPP / SHR / CMP) to:

Take tax-free cash and/or receive regular income payments
via income drawdown (Income Release)

Pension Portfolio Income Release application form (65A50)
Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan via small pots
Complete one of the Small pot application forms.
For GPP and SHR plans complete form (2TA1586)
and for CMP plans complete form (2TA1585).

Take a cash lump sum payment from their plan (UFPLS)
Complete one of the Cash lump sum application forms.
For GPP and SHR plans complete form (2TA1405)
and for CIMP plans complete form (2TA1581).
